Couples Candlelight Yoga and Sound Healing

Spend a candlelight romantic and playful evening cultivating inner peace and loving intentions with your partner in a nurturing way of giving and receiving!  This class lead by Rose and George Gebran will explore the heart connection between the two of you through movement, meditation, aromatherapy and sound healing. By the end of class your connection will feel illuminated from head to toe. This is a yoga class that is good for all – beginners to experienced yogis. Come with an open mind and willingness to try new poses and leave with the feeling being balanced – body, mind and spirit!
