Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience with gentle yoga and a calming sound bath led by Rose. This class is perfect for all levels, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. We will move slowly through gentle, restorative poses to help you relax and unwind.
The room will be warm, so please bring your yoga mat, water, and dress comfortably. This is a nonrefundable event, so be sure to reserve your spot!
