Slow Flow Yoga and Sound Bath

Slow Flow is a yoga class that is good for all – beginners to experienced yogis. Rose Gebran will guide the class into relaxed environment for everyBODY to move. You will move gently as you are guided through a series of poses, connecting your movement with your breath. Class will finish with a lovely Sound Healing Shavasana! Come with an open mind and willingness to try new poses and leave with the feeling of being balanced – body, mind and spirit! Room is lightly heated.
