Join me for an intimate evening of deep relaxation and restoration to nurture and nourish your soul.
The 60 minute evening will begin with a guided relaxation meditation and a beautifully nourishing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles and drums to name but a few of the stunning instruments in your journey.
Light refreshment of herbal teas and cakes.
