Women’s Chakra Balancing Day Retreat

Join me for a magical 1/2 day retreat in Eagle, Idaho at a Private Residence.

An afternoon filled with rituals and practices to cleanse, balance and activate your chakras; using crystals, essential oils, yoga postures, visualization, mantras, meditation and a deeply healing sound bath.

You will learn how to recognize under-active and overactive chakras and know exactly what to do in your day-to-day life to bring your mind and body back into balance.

Leave feeling refreshed, restored and empowered.

Location: Weather permitting this event will be outdoors at a private residence in Eagle near Banbury Golf Course. Location would change to a studio if outdoor weather doesn't permit. Exact address provided in the email as we get closer to the day.

Bring your own props: a yoga mat, pillow for under your head, pillow or rolled blanket for under your knees, a blanket for over your body and an eye mask or wash cloth for your eyes. Bring a journal and pen, refillable water bottle and anything else that brings you comfort.
