Through intentional frequency sound and subtle hands-on Reiki, we work with the biofield to clear energetic stagnation and guide your nervous system out of stress mode and back into regulation. Frequency helps identify and shift areas where old patterns, tension, or stored emotion may be looping. Gentle touch supports grounding, integration, and a sense of safety in the body. Nothing is forced. Your system leads. You may experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep calm, or mental clarity.
