This online session is available to those who have previously experienced in-person energy work. A foundational understanding of how your body responds to frequency and touch is required before booking distance sessions. Energy Healing using Frequency and Reiki can be just as effective across space when your system is familiar with the process. During your scheduled time, you’ll rest in a quiet, uninterrupted space while I work with frequency sound and Reiki to clear stagnation, regulate the nervous system, and support energetic balance. We begin with a brief intention and close with integration and guidance. Distance does not weaken energy. It meets you exactly where you are. ✨
