Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath (Boise Bench)

Join us for a 60-minute Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath session. Use this time to nourish your body, mind, and soul. The class will be led by Rose Gebran, who will create a relaxed atmosphere for everyone to move. You'll gently move through a series of poses, synchronizing your movements with your breath. Modifications will be offered to suit your unique body. The Sound Bath will take place during Shavasana. Come with an open mind, ready to explore new poses, and leave feeling balanced in body, mind, and spirit!

What to bring? Just yourself! A yoga mat will be provided!
